📦 Order Processing Time

All PicknPrint products are custom-made to order.

  • Production Time: 2–4 business days

  • Orders are processed Monday–Friday (excluding public holidays).

  • Once your order is ready, it will be dispatched immediately.

Please note that during peak seasons such as holidays, production times may be slightly longer.


🚚 Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

United Kingdom

  • Standard Delivery: 2–5 business days

  • Express Delivery: 1–2 business days (if available at checkout)

Delivery times begin after production is completed, not from the day the order is placed.


💰 Shipping Costs

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Delivery location

  • Package size

  • Selected shipping method

Occasionally, we may offer free shipping promotions, which will be clearly displayed on our website.


🔎 Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number, allowing you to monitor your delivery in real time.
